Most people aren’t used to being photographed. That’s completely normal and it’s not your job to figure it out. It’s ours. Before your elopement, we can help plan the day timing, locations, flow. On the day itself, we provide clear, minimal direction. Most couples forget the camera is there within the first few minutes. That’s exactly the goal.
We don’t manufacture moments. We let them unfold and capture them as they happen.
Up to 1 hour
Single-location elopements at Boston or Cambridge City Hall, a backyard, or a beach. Focused and exactly right when the day is simple by design.
Up to 3 hours
Enough time to move between locations, shift the light, and let the day breathe. For most couples, this is the right choice.
Up to 5 hour
For elopements with travel, multiple environments, or a small reception. Often used for Nantucket, Martha’s Vineyard, Vermont, or Maine.

A $200 deposit holds your date. Once received, you're on the calendar. The deposit is applied toward your total balance.
The remaining balance is due on the day of your elopement. No invoices in the weeks before — just the deposit upfront and the balance when we see you.
Yes. Mention it when you reach out and we'll work out a structure that fits your timeline. No rigid formula — just a straightforward conversation.
Cancel at least one month before your date and your $200 deposit is fully refunded. Less than one month out, the deposit is non-refundable. If something unexpected comes up, reach out and we'll see what we can do.
Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Cash are preferred. Credit cards are accepted with a 3% service fee.
Handled case by case. Overcast and light rain often produce beautiful photos. A genuine downpour is a different conversation. We'll discuss a backup plan during your consultation.
You're covered. Amber, our second photographer, shoots with the same approach and eye and steps in without disruption. We've never had to make that call but the backup is real, not a placeholder.
You don't need to prepare for it. We handle the direction where to stand, when to move, when to stay still. Most couples forget the camera is there within the first few minutes.
No fixed number delivery is based on what the day produces. No arbitrary minimum, no padding. Every image delivered is fully edited and nothing strong is left out.
Every image is individually edited for exposure, color, contrast and tone. When you hire us, you're hiring Ivan's artistic eye, please make sure his style aligns with your vision before booking.
No. Our editing is clean and consistent true-to-life color, natural contrast, no heavy stylization. Couples who booked five years ago have photos identical in quality and style to what we deliver today.
No hidden fees. Boston area: no travel fees, parking is your responsibility (~$50 max). Martha's Vineyard: we cover our ferry ticket; you cover island transport if needed. Nantucket: you cover off-island parking, our ferry, and island transport. Everything else is included.
